TikFinity builds tools that more than a million active creators use to run their TikTok LIVEs: overlays, alerts, chatbots across several SaaS products and a mobile app. Behind it is a development team of 8 to 10 people that ships fast. Your job is to make sure fast also means focused.
One thing first, because it decides whether this role is for you: the what is set by product management. Our CPO defines the features. You own the how and the when. We work AI-first. Our developers build with Anthropic's Claude, and at that speed the classic two-week Scrum sprint starts to feel like the bottleneck. Answering it is the most interesting part of this job: you design the system our team runs on.
