Senior Social Media Marketer (m/f/x)

We are looking for a Senior Social Media Marketer to strategically build and scale our social media presence, with a strong focus on TikTok and the creator & streaming economy.
You will own content, growth, and platform strategy, working closely with product, growth, and performance marketing teams. This role combines strategy, creativity, and execution from content ideation to hands-on production.

• Strategic planning and development of our social media presence
• Building and scaling a TikTok channel for a streaming tool
• Creating social media content including text, short-form video, AI-generated content, editing, and TTS
• Managing and growing TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube channels
• Collaborating with creators on TikTok and YouTube to drive channel growth and reach new audiences
• Supporting the paid performance team with creative asset production for paid social campaigns
• Supporting the content team with copywriting and messaging
• Identifying trends, formats, and growth opportunities across platforms

• Strong and practical understanding of TikTok and other major social media platforms

• Ideally relevant academic background in marketing, media, communication, or similar

• Excellent English skills, written and spoken

• Proven track record and professional experience growing and managing TikTok accounts

• Experience working with creators, collaborations, or influencer-driven growth is a plus

• Tech-savvy personality comfortable working in software and product-driven environments

Annual gross salary for this position ranges from €35,000 to €55,000 (full-time), with willingness to offer a market-aligned overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
