Senior Product & Growth Analyst (m/f/x)

The Position

We are looking for a Senior Product & Growth Analyst / Head of Data to help us turn large-scale user and revenue data into clear product, monetization, and growth decisions. You will build the analytical backbone of the company, transforming behavioral data into insights, insights into experiments, and experiments into measurable business impact.

You will work directly with the Founder and COO, shaping product direction, revenue strategy, and growth initiatives. This is not a reporting role it is an impact role.

Duties

Product Analytics
  • Analyze user funnels
  • Identify drop-off points and product friction
  • Measure feature adoption and engagement
  • Run cohort and lifecycle analyses
  • Build LTV, ARPU, and conversion models
  • Identify upsell and pricing opportunities
  • Analyze revenue drivers and power users
  • Identify churn risks and retention levers
Decision Support
  • Work directly with Founder & COO on KPI reviews and strategic analysis
  • Validate hypotheses with data
  • Build forecasts and scenario models
Data Infrastructure Collaboration
  • Define tracking requirements with engineering
  • Ensure clean and scalable event structures
  • Help build dashboards and reporting systems

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years in Product Analytics, Growth Analytics, or Data roles
  • Startup or scale-up background is a strong plus
  • Advanced SQL
  • Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Metabase, PowerBI, or similar)
  • Experience with product analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog, GA4)
  • Strong understanding of funnels, cohorts, retention, LTV/CAC, and monetization mechanics
  • Ability to translate data into product and business decisions
  • Comfortable working with ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken)

Great to have

  • Experience in SaaS, subscription, or creator platforms preferred

  • Experience building forecasting or scenario models

  • Experience with large-scale behavioral datasets

  • Python or R for analysis and modeling

Compensation

For Austria-based employment, the gross annual salary range is €65,000–€85,000.
For other locations, compensation is benchmarked to the local market and depends on qualifications and experience.
